Hi, I’m Gilly a Life and Mindfulness Coach, Wellbeing Specialist, Qoya Teacher, Psychotherapist, Supervisor, Entrepreneur and Empath. A Winchester girl who has certainly had a colourful life. I see myself as a wellbeing warrior in every sense and I recognise how challenging experiences, both past and present, can impact us. It’s amazing working alongside clients and witnessing real transformation.
In the past I was a professional dancer and dance teacher travelling the world seeing and experiencing the richness of different cultures. I trained as a life coach and therapist for years helping 1000s of clients in various organisations and in private practice. I have always felt a calling to help others, and this is my true passion and life mission. I adore strong connections with people – getting to know someone in their soul, heart, no pretence. I’m committed to helping others through support, guidance, kindness and strategy.
I invite YOU to set up a DISCOVERY CALL so YOU can start changing your life TODAY!
I’ve always been a deeply empathic person, even as a child I felt others emotional pain and wanted to help them. My parents dying was the catalyst for my embarking on a career as a life coach and therapist, and my life mission began.
Since then, my journey has led me to Qoya, a wonderful form of expressing ourselves physically. Qoya perfectly encompasses my love of dance and my divine femininity. I understand the rawness of emotional pain but also the ecstatic feeling of joy when you feel truly grateful for being alive – and this is how I choose to live. Life is a gift and I take time to celebrate my family, friendships, clients and the world around me.
So, this is why I do what I do. I continue to work hard to grow and develop emotionally, spiritually and intellectually in order to be the best version of myself so that I can help others to be the best version of themselves too. My mission is to make a difference to each person I meet so that they can impact others in a positive way too. Together we can become better versions of ourselves and change the world one step at a time, building a stronger community on a local level and around the world. My mission is to make a difference to 1 million people by 2026.

" I sought counselling with Gillian when I was going through a divorce in my early thirties. Not fully knowing what counselling entailed I was apprehensive; however, I was quickly made at ease and knew that I was in a safe and confidential environment in which I could share my thoughts, feelings and experiences. Not only was I able to overcome my grief by being able to sit in 'my pit' and talk through my pain but also, I found practical ways to manage and overcome my overwhelming anxiety. By understanding my own behaviours and thought processes I have gained the tools to manage my anxiety and I feel more in control of my life than ever. I will be forever grateful for the support Gillian provided - it has changed my life"
"Through Qoya with Gilly, I've found the missing piece of my health and wellness routine. Qoya allows a freedom through movement and dance that is infectious and truly brings you into the present moment. Gilly teaches with passion and you will leave with a smile on your face and a sense of positivity and lightness that will stay with you for days."
"Gilly has helped me first as a counsellor and laterly as a coach. A family bereavment brought up a host of unresolved issues which had manifested in years of fear, anxiety and lack of self-worth. Gilly has skillfully guided me through these blocks and difficulties to enable me to shift these old beliefs while keeping me focused on future goals. I genuinely feel likea different and very much improved version of my old self. I'm so grateful to have invested in Gilly and I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone who is struggling and needs emotional support."
